me go shopping
Oct. 13th, 2001 09:17 am... hey look, it's yet another Bran Van 3000 reference in my LJ. collect the whole set.
buy the CDs too if you want... some of their music is pretty out there, as BV3 isn't so much a "band" as it is a side-project for a lot of the members. as a result, there's a pretty wide spread of musical styles on their CDs... metal, rap, French rap, dance, Jamaican dancehall, I could go on. (Please do.) <--- another one!
... oh yeah, I'm going shopping today. hallowe'en stuff mostly. it's strange... I didn't pay much attention to hallowe'en since my teens, then it picked up again a few years ago and now it's a big deal for me.
'course, it being the day after my birthday helps... the last week of October basically ends up one large blur for me these past few years! it's much easier to party when everyone else is in a party mood anyway!
