... some crap has been purged. not all of it by any stretch of the imagination, but enough that i feel accomplished.
and at least now i can look at my stuff that remains unpacked and unpurged, and visualize it wrapped up pretty. i may be doing this in short bursts, but it's being done. :)
... in other news, my folks came back from their annual trip to PEI and brought back some swag for myself and Rox.
and, since even though i'm over thirty i remain their youngest child, i came home from their place tonight with the leftovers from dinner. my mother is positive that i don't eat!!
... tomorrow's plans: more of the same. more packing, more purging o'crap. oh, and laundry. laissez les bon temps rouler!

two questions
Sep. 7th, 2002 09:33 pm... one, for the amateur psychologists (or professionals, if there are any among you)... what does the fact that i'm very good at Tetris-style games mean?
i've always had an affinity for puzzle-type games, which strikes me as odd since i've never really thought of myself as the "visual" type person who would normally excel at activities like these.
and my psych classes way back when were pretty much all Freudian, so they're no help unless my gaming is telling me something about my mother. ;)
and second... does anyone else think Paige and Hilda from Trading Spaces are really cute?
something about women who are handy... coincidentally, Rox has better tools than I do... :)
