well gee, things suck right now...

... you know it's a bad day when finding out your temp gig is over is the second-worst thing to happen to you after lunch.

yeah, I lost my temp gig... they loved me, but they just didn't have any work for me that their regular staff couldn't already cover. :p

but, to keep me from feeling too sorry for myself... I just found out that two of my former co-workers lost their fathers in the past week or so. yeeesh. :(

so yeah, I'm in a less-than-happy place right now.
