it isn't... I gave up on it (http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?journal=strangeanimal&itemid=106628) a few days after starting, the post pretty much explains why.

Oh, does your resume say you can legally work in the States? If not, it should.

From my HR days I can tell you that if I saw that all the education was foreign I tossed the resume.
