strangeanimal... finally, i'm on vacation again... took the week off work. if i had my druthers, i'd take my vacation closer to Christmas, but i unfortunately don't have my druthers. mid-november to mid-march is basically a vacation blackout period for my team at work... too much stuff going on to be able to spare people.
so I'm spacing out my vacation time this year... took the week before Canada Day, taking this week, then probably a week in april to take advantage of the spring. boo-yah.
i wonder how quickly i'll get bored this time around... i was out of town last time, but this time i'm vacationing in the lovely all-inclusive Living Room Resort . got a really good deal, and there's no travelling. and all the amenities of home.
maybe i'll train the dog to something tricky. like speak english. or backflips. any ideas?
... i'm also getting a haircut this afternoon. i know, the thrilling news bits never end, do they? the 'do is getting a little shaggy, so it's time.
... and speaking of Shaggy, i had a Shaggy t-shirt that someone had bought me a few years ago 'cuz they thought i bore a striking resemblance to him. zoinks!! anyhooo, i haven't been able to find that shirt for ages now. this irks me. maybe it got sucked into that same dimension where single socks go from the dryer.
(Shaggy the cartoon character, not Shaggy the reggae star. though he's cool too... i don't look a thing like hi though.)
off to shower. i'd post a shower report, but my keyboard doesn't react to water.
