O - Overnight hospital stays? One for back surgery (two weeks)
P - Phobia? Not a huge fan of water, but it's not a full-blown phobia.

V - Vegetable(s) you refuse to eat? peas are pretty yucky
W- Worst habit? scratching
X - X-rays you've had? let's see... a few head x-rays for falls when I was younger, back x-rays before my surgery, ankle/foot when I broke my toe, chest as part of my INS medical, various dental.
Y - Yummy food you make? my chili has gotten raves
