winnie-the-pooh weather

strangeanimal... it's all blustery out there today. oh, bother. oh, d-d-d-dear.
... looking at my 'calendar' page... i don't seem to post on thursdays that much. then again, it's about the only night where i regularly watch tv. or maybe i just never have anything to say on thursdays?
... last official day of my vacation. :p pretty much got everything done that i wanted to, what little that was... felt good to just sit on my ass for the most part. most of my vacations, i end up going to NY or Toronto... the problem with travelling, is you're jacking the activity level and stress level up a few notches. sometimes, you just need to do bupkus for a week.
next week should be fun at work though... tuesday's my birthday, so i get to be the centre of attention and have some cake ;) then wednesday is hallowe'en, most of the office seems to be participating in the whole decorating and dressing-up thing this year. which is good, considering i think we all need to cut loose after the last little while.
and we're having our annual hallowe'en potluck lunch, which for me means bringing a heap of my famous chili. hopefully i can find some decent peppers around here... jalapenos are pretty easy to find, i can scare up cubanels once in a while.
and if you're all nice, maybe i'll let you all see my hallowe'en pics.
