strangeanimal... here's a surprise: Forbes ranked the most expensive neighborhoods in the US by Zip codes here, and there was only one in the entire state of Massachusetts that made the list. (Beacon Hill, at $1,135,000 for the median house price.)
the list "only" listed Zips where the median was $500,000+... I guess Boston and surroundings must have a glut of $499,000 houses.
