... early birthday presents rock... I've already opened the DVD sets for 24 (Season 2) and Family Guy (Season 3). suh-weeeeeeet!

I have no idea when I'll be watching half of my DVDs though... I bought Scarface a few weeks ago and have only watched a few of the special features... the 24 set has a bunch of specials that I definitely want to watch (since watching the season itself would require 18+ hours of spare time... I need a vacation!)... I'll have to crack open the Family Guy... yeah, lotsa DVD to watch.

and 24 started last night. that show still kicks major ass.

... I must be getting old, or curmudgeonly or something. they were holding some sort of hip-hop/rap concert at the Fleet Center last night, and while I was waiting for the train, I was wondering who lets all of these children out of the house dressed like that. I've never seen so many skinny white kids wearing bling-bling.

that, and do women who dress slutty for concerts realize that, if they're any further back than a half-dozen rows or so, their slutwear isn't going to get them backstage? just wondering.

and as far as the acts at this concert went, the only one whose music I had ever heard was 50 Cent. because who, or what, is a Chingy?
