abbeyrd and
lambertman have both pointed me to the "Hey Ya Charlie Brown" remix making its way around the 'net... it took me a few days to find a site that didn't have some sort of exceeded-bandwidth error, but it seems to be available here. some funny, funny stuff... the guys who put it together are talented, but have wayyyyyyyy too much free time apparently.
...in other amusing news, Maclean's, Canada's newsmagazine, has a cover story this week on their latest reader poll covering, among other things, Canada's opinion of the current US leadership. The headline on the cover?
"Canadians to Bush: Hope you lose, eh"
Best. Headline. Ever. and because it's referring to the results of a reader poll, the editors can claim that the headline is merely reflecting the opinion of those polled, and not putting out an editorial opinion.
and of course, bonus points for the completely gratuitous use of the word "eh" on the cover of a national newsmag.
