... just after posting a few submissions to improved_archie, and researching a few Archie facts (didja know Mr. Weatherbee was in 'Nam?), I found this: someone has posted the entireThe Punisher/Archie crossover.

... between that, and finding the 1984 Habs/Nordiques Good Friday brawl on YouTube... yeah, I love the Internets.

I remember when taht Archie/Punisher thing came out. I was really dissappointed thumbing through it at the comic shop that it wasn't what I was hoping for, which is to say that I wanted it to be written by Garth Ennis (even though I had no idea who he was at the time)

Comicopia came out with Punisher/ Archie crossover stories practicially years before it came out by the "big" companies.

As the Editor of Comicopia at the time, it was MY idea to run with that wild storyline and most of the members jumped to it. Our stories were (and still are!) much more interesting than the two books consequently published...
