strangeanimal... had a mini-pool tournament after work today... six of us from work, ten bucks a head, winner gets fifty beans, second place gets 10.
i came in third. :p started off well, kinda faded in the backstretch there. but considering i figured i'd lose every game, i did pretty well! i don't completely suck at pool... i have moments of brilliance interrupted by stretches of mediocrity. though that does tend to mess with people's rhythms if they get into a groove.
... but hey, if they wanna compete at bowling or karaoke, i'll kick their collective asses. ;)
