ow, my knees

strangeanimal... day one of my 10k training today. basically interval training... jog a bit, walk a bit. run a bit, walk a bit. jog a bit, walk a bit. etc.
all i know is that this better get easier over the next few weeks. hey, at least i should burn off a few calories during all this.
... apartment search... still a deader. the vacancy rate is so low that renters' voicemail boxes are filling up. any place that stays listed for longer than a week basically has rats or drug shooting galleries sharing the property. suffice it to say that it looks like i'm hanging here for another year. by then at least, other options may have opened up.
...rdcf is coming up to Montreal this weekend. and may be meeting my parents. and will definitely be meeting one of my oldest buds who is also in town this weekend. yay. some things are good. :)
