In this case, I'm pretty sure "Rien" (whoch does, literally, mean "nothing") means something on the orfer of, "Oh well" or "Who cares" or "It doesn't matter." As in, "you're gonna die from eting excessive amounts of shrimp, but who cares? You got to eat lots of shrimp and die happy." :)

Otherwise, it makes little to no sense.
