... that would be my time for 5 kilometres (that's about 3.1 miles for those of you who don't speak metric) this morning, when we did a "time trial" of sorts.
and i didn't even run all that well... my pace wasn't steady, i slowed down way more often than i should've before finding my groove. if i had found a good pace, i would've broken 30 for sure.
but at least i know the adjustments i have to make to run at a better pace now, which'll help me a lot when we actually run the 10k (six weeks!).
i know i won't finish with anyting remotely approaching a good time, but as long as i run well and finish i'll be happy.
now if you'll all excuse me, i reallllllllly need a nap.
