... not a good running day today... my right calf was tightening up the whole time, had to cut the training short.

i got a few good stretches from some of the other runners though... hopefully i can really s-t-r-e-t-c-h it out next run. it'd really suck if i trained for three months and ended up pulling a muscle a few days before!!

... Pop-Tarts boxes ask you to make sure mom or dad is with you when you use the microwave or toaster.

and this instruction is not directly, or even implicitly, directed at children. it appears to be directed at All Of Us.

parents everywhere are going to be pissed off when they have to frequently trek over to their children's humble abodes to supervise their Pop-Tarts cookery, methinks.

... i've managed to amuse myself greatly. go me. :)

Now do my parents have to come all the way down here every time I use the microwave or toaster, or just when I'm making poptarts? Cause this could be a problem!
