... well, gotta say that our much-maligned national airline actually came through this time... my parents will be flying down to PEI for the funeral this weekend on relatively cheap Websaver fares, rather than the obscene full fare they'd normally have to pay on short notice.

those Websaver fares are normally only good for weekend travel (ie: leave thurs/fri, come back sun/mon)... while that has limited use most of the time, it was exactly what they needed in this case.

and hey, the easier things can be made, the better.
