t minus 1 day and counting

strangeanimal... day before the surgery, and i'm officially off work for the next two weeks. let's see what's been covered...
- bag has been packed with sandals and very loose track pants, for oh-so-stylish hospital wear.
- Rox is on her way, arriving in approximately an hour, at which point she gets to take care of me for a few days. ;)
- dog has been dropped off at the kennel until at least next Friday... considering she's a 60-pound dog that's prone to pulling, i definitely don't want to jump the gun as far as bringing her home before i'm ready to handle her. she seemed to enjoy the kennel last time though.
- dinner will be made when Rox shows (I guess)... I can't eat after midnight until after the surgery tomorrow, so darn tootin' i'm going to have a good feed tonight.
- apartment is in relatively decent shape, which is important considering i won't be in much of a cleaning mood for a few days, methinks.
in case i don't update before tomorrow morning, wish me luck!
