t plus 2 days update
Jul. 21st, 2002 12:17 pm...pain, a lot less. actually setting foot outside today, going for coffee and a few small errands. (translation, a realllll looong, stroll.)
... gave up on reading Neuromancer... I guess I liked sci-fi a lot more when I first read it way back when. just couldn't get into it this time around... though i did notice how much imagery from the book was borrowed for other works The Matrix, anyone?.
so now, on to The Dirt: Confessions of The World's Most Notorious Rock Band by Motley Crue. i've heard nothing but rave reviews on this one... can't wait to read it and relive my early 90's longhair days. hey, i wasn't always a clean-cut corporate clone... actually, wait, I never was. ;)
