... remember in "Boys Of Summer"... out on the road today, I saw a Deadhead sticker on a Cadillac?

well, I just saw a Grateful Dead license plate on a Cadillac Fleetwood. and right before a huge change in my life, which is good a time as any to hear a little voice inside my head said "don't look back, you can never look back", I guess.

:) That's my favorite line from that song . . . so sad and wistful and at the same time beautiful.

I also like "I met a girl who sang the blues/I asked her for some happy news/She just smiled and turned away . . . " from American Pie.

I had weird musical encounters with "Sympathy For the Devil" by the Rolling Stones and "Don't Fade On Me" by Tom Petty, but they're rather lengthy to tell about so I'll probably just put 'em in an entry some day . . . --Hag
