... when your day includes the "blessing of the pets" being held at the church nearby, and watching the episode of "Enterprise" where Capt. Archer's beagle gets sick earlier today... well, you end up missing your former dog a lot some days. :p

that reminds me, should email her new mommy and see how everything's going.

yup, legally married on 10/4, and slowly starting to get the plans started for the friends'n'family wedding next October. that one will have more posting surrounding it. ;)

Poor Patrick :( I know how much it hurts to leave a pet behind, and I feel for ya! Is there any hope of you and Rox eventually getting a puppy of your own?

Ya know, I think this is the first time I've heard you mention church! Are you a churchgoer now? Btw, where was the wedding? Where will the 'friends & family' one be?

i'm not so much a "churchgoer", but I have set foot in one from time to time. the one where we're likely having the friends'n'fam is a United church in the same town... really nice building, dates back 150+ years, cute little town church and the Rev. is loose and cool too...

the legal ceremony was at friends of Roxanne's... just us, her friends, and their two kids. oh, and the justice of the peace of course. and cake. :)
